Need a different size, color, or style? We offer complimentary exchanges on eligible U.S. orders.

• Pre-Paid Shipping Label: We provide a pre-paid shipping label for exchanges within the United States.
• Exchange Process: Exchanges require the return of the original item. Once received, your exchange will be processed as an even exchange if the requested item is available. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
• Processing Time: Exchanges are typically processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received.

Return Shipping: Pre-paid return shipping labels are not included for returns. During the return process, U.S. customers may choose to purchase a return shipping label or arrange return shipping independently.

Refund Timing: Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow your bank or credit card provider up to 10 business days to process the refund.
